hey family, so i forgot my agenda of what i wrote down for the week so it won't be a very detailed email today but i´ll try my best to remember what i did.

Monday - So for p day last week we went to the church and we played Uno. it was so much fun. most of the elders played either basketball or soccer but we played uno and that was a blast. then after we went to this strip mall by our area called the eskala. while there we just ate and hung out with friends. i hung out with 2 kids that entered with me, elder Johnson and elder Ramos, they are really cool guys and we had a good time talking about our lives back at home. but yeah that was pretty much Monday our citas (appointments) canceled in the night so we had nothing to do so we contacted a little then went back home. but on our way home we passed by this hot dog place where some members were and they bought us a couple hot dogs, they were so good.

Tuesday - Tuesday we went to a couple citas that we had. We just visited a couple people, but ah man this is killing me that i cant remember who we visited. if only i had my agenda i could explain more but yeah we visited a couple people and it went really well i know that. our mission leader came out with us too for a little bit and we did a little work with some menus actives.

Wednesday - this day was really really cool because we had our zone conference, but we had the opportunity of hearing from the area president a 70, whose name is Elder Clarke. he is totally way cool and he gave us a really really good talk on how we can be better missionaries. he really inspired me to work harder and to be more obedient. i am pretty obedient but sometimes i slack but i try hard every day to be better. He truly is an amazing man and knew exactly what to say to touch all the hearts of the missionaries there. it was just so good mom, i took notes so don't worry i can share them with you when i come home, haha, but anyways the meeting went from 8 in the morning to 4 in the afternoon. after the meeting we went to our area and we had a Family Home Evening, it went really well and we brought one of our investigators. he is a really cool guy and he will be baptized soon. we are planning a date for a couple people on the 26th of march. that is just right around the corner and time is always moving so fast so we are really working hard so we don't miss any opportunities. so in the FHE i taught about the doctrine of Christ again. i love teaching that and the people always learn so much when i teach from it. plus it is just so perfect. it is so simple but at the same time it is so perfect.

Thursday - we just did a lot of contacting this day but no one wanted to listen it was kind of a bummer of a day, i like what president told me, we are going to have these kind of days but we need to just be positive always and work hard and if you go home tired, even if the numbers don't look well, you did your job. so i just try and stay positive all the time, but you guys know me, it really isn't to hard for me to do that. haha.

Friday - On this day we visited a couple people. There was one lady in particular that we visited who has been having a hard time recently. she has been so sad because her son left on the mission and on Sunday she was balling. so i told her that we would come and visit her and make sure she was doing good. so we did that on Friday and it went really well. she was just telling us some stories from her sons mission experience already, even though he has been in the mtc for 1 week. haha i was laughing because i can just see you doing this mom. President Clarke told us that if we are half the missionaries that our moms tell everyone we are, then we would be absolutely perfect. (let me assure you - you should have been translated already, according to me) I really learned what that meant by listening to his mother. ha I'm sure he is a great missionary, he has a great testimony of this church and he will convert a lot of people with his testimony. then after that we ran to a couple people house to invite them to an activity that night in the church, but no one could go. we just ended up taking this one family who are pretty cool but when we got there the leaders already watched the movie we planned to watch, that was a bummer but they were there for the testimony part and they learned from it. they really loved it, so we are going to see if we can put a fecha with them soon.

Saturday - so we didn't do much on this day we had divisions with some other elders though. my comp had a meeting with the president for district leaders. so i went to this area called CentroAmerica. it was pretty cool and we just contacted for a while there and i found some really really cool people. we set appointments with them and the kid who is in that area said he visited one of the families that night and said they are legit. he says i did good work. haha it was just so cool though,i have really learned here in the mission to just be patient and listen to the Spirit. when i do that i can know what i need to say but yeah so that day went pretty good and nothing else really happened that night.

Sunday - Sunday we brought this one family to church and we actually had about 164 in church on Sunday and 10 invest. it was a really good Sunday again, and our numbers have increased. it is so cool to see that the church is full again and that they people are starting to come back out. that afternoon we went out and visited some members who aren't really active. i taught them about Helman 5:12 about building our foundation on Jesus Christ. they loved it and i think i really helped the people understand why they need to come to church. i told them also we need to personally know our Savior. we need to know about Him what He did for us. When we know Him, He can say He knows us. that is why i like my favorite scripture from Mosiah. I love the book of Mormon as well and we can learn so much from that book. i have a strong testimony of that book and the help it can provide for us. Everyday we complete revelation from that book and we are living in the times that those prophets testified of. they saw our time and they know what we need to do and we can get guidance from that book. I know our church has the authority of god here in earth and that no other church has it. That really is the main difference from us and the others. but we have this authority. and it is not like we force people to become members of the church. People pray and gain a testimony of the church they attend. but i don't know any church that actually invites people to pray and question whether the church is true or not. There is a reason the church is the fastest growing church today and it is because everyday people receive a testimony of the church. i love you guys and hope all is going well. i will talk to you later.

Stuff i need - just a reminder. if you can the most important things i could really use are the contact stuff, the hair clippers, and the usb if you can send that with brother banner.

love your son
